Insurance is a system that can be difficult to navigate. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan.
You can check your insurance coverage by asking the following questions:
Do I have mental health benefits?
What is my deductible and has it been met?
Do I have a copay or co-insurance?
How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
Is approval required from my primary care physician
Our goal is to help you feel comfortable, understood, and heard. Upon contacting us we will help you by verifying your insurance benefits and explain your co-pay, deductible, and/or co-insurance. If at any time your insurance changes, please notify us immediately.
Cancellation Policy
Our goal is to provide all our client’s quality care. When scheduling an appointment, we are holding that space just for you. This means that the space is no longer available to other clients. If a cancelation is necessary, we require that you call at least 24 hours in advance.
If you do not give us 24 hours’ notice and have to cancel your appointment, you will be billed $25.00.
Anyone who does not show for their scheduled appointment time will be charged the No-Show fee of $120.00.
These charges are your responsibility; insurance will not cover these fees.
