I am a Licensed Social Worker in the state of Pennsylvania and New York. I have my master's degree in social work from Syracuse University and my undergraduate in human development and public justice from SUNY Oswego, both from New York. Learning is important to me and continuing my education and training will better serve the individuals I work with.
I utilize a person-centered and strength-based approach when meeting with individuals. I believe that you are the expert in your own life and I can help achieve your goals. I want to be by your side and help you navigate life's twists and turns and being your best self.
Through my experiences working in the mental health field, I have learned the importance of looking at the impact of systems that surround an individual. I also come from a family with law enforcement and military experiences. While I have not served nor been active in these fields, I have experienced the loss of a loved one who was.
Grief, loss, trauma and even therapy itself can be overwhelming. Let us work together in a trusting and open space.
